Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Financial data and performance metrics
• Client lists and contact information
• Any other information marked as confidential

7. Limitation of Liability

Wise Squad provides consulting services and recommendations based on industry best practices and experience. However:

• Results cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on implementation and market conditions
• Wise Squad's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and implementations

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Each party retains their respective intellectual property rights
• Work product delivered up to termination date remains with the client

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort
• Governing law as specified in individual service agreements

10. Changes to Terms
